I. Introduction

1.1. We “ANGELOVE ESTATE” LTD., Bulgaria, Kyustendil District, 2552 Shipochano village, UIC 202072935 in our capacity as a personal data controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) take the protection of your personal data seriously and comply with the legal provisions on data protection.

II. What personal data will the ANGELOVE ESTATE collect on this site?

2.1. As part of the products ordering process, we require the following data – your full name, phone number, email address used to communicate with you, address and payment details.

Please note that sometimes we may require you to provide additional personal data and, in this case, we will notify you why we are collecting this additional data and for what purposes we will use it.

2.2. If you order products through our online shop, which will be shipped to an address, specified by You, to a courier’s office or automat, You will receive from us confirmation of the order and delivery to Your email address and phone number, specified by you, as well as a message with information related to the delivery of the shipment in compliance with the policy of the respective courier service provider. The legal ground for transmission of email address and telephone number to the respective courier, as well as for their use, is Article 6, para. 1, letter “f” of the GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in providing a notification service to ensure the delivery process is as convenient as possible for you.

2.3. When You pay with a credit or debit card, we collect name of the card holder, credit or debit card number, terminal number, expiry date of the card (month and year), payment amount and currency.
We cooperate with one or more payment service providers for debit or credit card payments. Pursuant to the Payment Services and Payment Systems Act, the payment institutions are licensed payment service providers that accept, execute and report payment transactions on our behalf. We and the payment institutions are separate and independent controllers in the processing of personal data. Each controller processes the data within its respective technical sphere of influence over the data, i.e. we are liable for our internal network up to the moment of secure transmission of information through internet.

2.4. If you use Apple Pay or Google Pay as a payment method, data is transferred from our side in the same manner as with a standard payment through any other payment method, you select. We do not transmit any personal data directly to Apple or Google.

III. Cookies Policy

3.1. A “Cookie” is a small amount of data, sent to your computer or mobile phone browser from the website’s system.

3.2. The information which we receive through “cookies” is specific for your PC and includes the IP address, date and time when your browser loaded our site, which pages on our website have been seen, etc.

IV. For what purposes we use the collected personal data?

4.1. To provide you with the services available on our website, as well as to fulfill your order, we process your personal data for the purposes of performing the concluded remote purchase-sale agreement. The legal ground for processing the personal data in this case is Article 6, para. 1, letter “b” of the GDPR.

4.2. The legal ground for sending electronic newsletters is your consent by checking the appropriate box, in compliance with Article 6, para. 1, letter “a” of the GDPR. If you no longer wish to receive the electronic newsletter, you may withdraw your consent to receive it at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link that you may find in each newsletter.

4.3. The transmission of payment data is for the purposes of verifying and processing your payment to us. The legal ground for this is Article 6, para. 1, letter “b” of the GDPR. Any further use for purposes, established by law, such as anti-money laundering measures, can be done on the grounds of Article 6, para. 1, letter “c” of the GDPR.

V. Term for keeping the personal data

5.1. After placing an order in the online shop, ANGELOVE ESTATE stores the provided personal data for a term of 1 (one) year, after the expiration of which the data is automatically deleted.

5.2. If we suspect misuse, we retain the right to continue to store and process the relevant personal data of users. This is possible on the grounds of our overriding, legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6, para. 1, letter “f” of the GDPR, for clarifying misuse cases and preventing future attempts for misuse.

VI. Use of the personal data by third parties

6.1. We respect your personal data and keep it confidential, except in case of legal obligation to disclose data (for example, upon request of official authorities), we transmit the required information on the grounds of Article 6, para. 1, letter “c” of the GDPR.

6.2. Generally, only ANGELOVE ESTATE uses the collected personal data. Sometimes the collected personal data can be transferred to third parties, located outside of the Economic European Area (EEA) as part of the services offered to you through our site. ANGELOVE ESTATE requires those third parties to implement adequate levels of protection in order to protect your personal data. We undertake appropriate precautions, including conclusion of standard contractual clauses for data protection in EU if the personal data is processed out of EU and there is no a decision for adequate level of data protection by the European Commission for these third states.

6.3. There are integrated social media buttons (e.g. Facebook, Instagram) in our website. These buttons provide direct access to our social media platforms. They are incorporated into our website as links to the relevant media. Upon clicking on the embedded button, you will be redirected to the relevant provider’s page, at which moment the user information will be transmitted to the respective provider.

8.1. You as Data Subject are entitled to information and access to the data pursuant to Article 15 of the GDPR.

8.2. You can request your inaccurate personal data to be rectified pursuant to Article 16 of the GDPR.

8.3. In compliance with Article 17 of the GDPR you have the right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) of your personal data which is processed illegally or the basis for its processing does not exist anymore.

8.4. You can request on the grounds of Article 18 of the GDPR restriction of processing your personal data in case of legal dispute between you and ANGELOVE ESTATE to its resolution and/or for establishment, exercise and protection of legal claims.

8.5. You have a right to data portability, namely you can receive your personal data concerning you and provided by you to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request to transmit those data to another controller pursuant to Article 20 of the GDPR.

8.6. In compliance with Article 21 of the GDPR at any time and on the grounds relating to your particular situation, you can object to processing your personal data, collected on the grounds of Article 6, para. 1, letter “f” of the GDPR (processing of personal data for protection of legitimate interest). We shall no longer process your data, unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

8.7. On the grounds of Article 7, para. 3 of the GDPR, you are entitled to withdraw your consent for processing your personal data at any time. As a result, we shall no longer process your data.

8.8. You are entitled to a complaint to the Commission for personal data protection (2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592 kzld@cpdp.bg) if the processing of personal data concerning you breaches the applicable legislation of personal data protection.

IX. Changes to the Privacy Policy

9.1. ANGELOVE ESTATE may supplement and/or amend this Privacy Policy at any time and with prior notice.
