Truffle vouchers are available to treat your loved ones to our unforgettable truffle hunting experience. Each voucher, valued at 120lv per person, can be customized in English or Bulgarian.

During the 2024/2025 French Black, Périgord Black (tuber melanosporum) truffle season, spend Saturday with us hunting in our orchard with the help of our dog Claire. You will get to see firsthand how ripe truffles are expertly sought and excavated from the soil.

Following the hunt, we will have the opportunity to taste our efforts at The Truffle Room in Shipochano. Our chef Casey Angelova will be preparing 3 course tasting menu filled with the recently unearthed black diamonds, and paired with Bulgarian wines and Angelove’s cherry and plum rakia.

The price per person is 120lv, 100lv for anyone under 18. This experience is offered every Saturday during our truffle season, from December 21, 2024 – February 22, 2025 (excluding February 8, 2025).
