As the weather is getting cold and the first snow has already fallen, my excitement for truffle season builds. Angel and I are excited to welcome new guests, as well as familiar faces to join us around the fireplace with a glass of something, as the aroma of freshly hunted truffles permeats through the air.

This year we will be starting our truffle hunts on December 21st. Every year, people come home to Bulgaria for the holidays, but were unable to attend our truffle hunts, so we will offer one hunt during the Christmas holiday, and truffle deliveries for New Years.

We are also excited to partner with the Experimental Social Club… we will be offering a bespoke experience on January 11th… It will be different from our normal truffle hunt with a special menu and other interesting elements.

Another new collaboration will be a Truffle weekend with Maria Jekova… On February 8th we will have a truffle hunt and menu created by Maria and I will be her sous chef… Then on Sunday, we will offer a truffle brunch… no hunting, but lots of truffles.
